To ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for all pets and their owners, we now offer private appointments for reactive pets in the mornings before our store opens. Appointments can be reserved for shopping or the self wash station.

Time: 8:00-9:00 AM, Monday through Saturday
Session Length: 30-minute time slots
Booking: Appointments can be booked for the next day

How It Works: Simply select Shopping or Self-Wash, add it to your cart (at no charge), and then checkout. Once you complete the checkout process, Ta-Da! You are booked!

When you arrive, our doors will be locked. If you are booking a self-wash we recommend using our back entrance. Simply ring the doorbell and someone will let you in and get you started on your spa day. Shopping? Please call the store, and we’ll come let you in!

Please note, we will have limited staffing that is trying to get the store ready to open. This is more of a self guided shopping experience. If you need more help or nutritional advice, we recommend booking a nutritional consult appointment where a certified nutrition expert can spend more time with you.
